Liquid Exfoliant 10% AHA 2% BHA. Gentler than scrubs and brushes, our powerful liquid exfoliant includes both AHAs and BHA to break up and remove dead skin cells to reveal smooth, glowing skin. This product has a pH between 3.5 and 4, and includes some of the most well-researched skin soothers, making this a brilliantly effective, yet gentle formula.
WHAT DO AHAs (alpha hydroxy acids) DO?
AHAs are water soluble, and they work by exfoliating the surface of the skin. Over time, our process of cell turnover slows, leaving skin looking rough and dull. AHAs work by ungluing the material that holds the dead skin together, working to increase hydration, improve uneven skin tone, and lessen signs of aging.
WHAT DOES BHA (salicylic acid) DO?
BHA works similarly to AHAs, but it is oil soluble, which means it can get deep into the pore, making it particularly efficient at dissolving blackheads and whiteheads, and clearing breakouts.
We believe in dynamic products, with ingredients at effective levels, serving beneficial functions. No fillers, sensitizing ingredients, or fragrance of any kind.
AHAs: 7% glycolic acid, 3% lactic acid
BHA: 2% salicylic acid
Soothing ingredients: aloe leaf juice, great burdock root extract, green tea extract, bisabolol, neem extract, ginkgo biloba extract

Directions
At night, after cleansing and toning, wet a cotton pad, and gently dab or wipe across your face and neck while avoiding your eyes. Can also be used on other areas like legs and arms.
Although gentle, this formula is potent, and recommended application depends on your skin’s response. Start out slowly, and work up to your desired usage, whether it be every day, every other day, or every few days. If your skin tingles uncomfortably upon application, use less often.
While AHAs are capable of improving the effects of sun damage, they also increase sensitivity to the sun, so it is important to wear broad spectrum SPF 30 or greater every day. IMPORTANT: Make sure to use a gentle, pH balanced cleanser. Avoid cleansers with fragrant or sensitizing ingredients, exfoliating properties, or ones that are too basic or acidic. These can cause a negative reaction upon application of this product.
