Where do you ship?
Currently, we’re shipping within the U.S. only.
How much is shipping?
All orders under $50 USD will receive $5 USD flat rate shipping. All orders over $50 USD will receive free first class shipping.
What is your turnaround time?
All orders will be shipped no later than the next business day.
How can I check the status of my order?
You’ll receive an email with tracking info as soon as the order is processed.
Do you offer returns?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns at this time. If there is a problem with your order, please send an email to info@bejbiskin.com
Are your products vegan?
Yes! All bejbiskin products are vegan.
Do you test on animals?
We do not test on animals, no third party tests on animals, and none of the ingredients used were tested on animals at any point before we obtained them.
What is the shelf life of your products?
12 months after opening.
Why don't your products smell good?
Well, they don't smell bad, they just don't smell like flowers or perfume. Fragrance, synthetic or natural, is sensitizing, and whether you see the negative effects or not, it can cause harm to your skin. Think of the damage caused by fragrance like the damage caused by the sun. You may not see the effects of sun damage as soon as you step outside, but they will show up eventually. Bottom line: fragrance=marketing, and does not serve a functional purpose.

Why is bejbiskin different?
We believe skincare should be wholly beneficial, so we exclude marketing illusions and irritating ingredients. We believe in an educated consumer, so we are transparent about ingredients and active percentages, and we do our best to help customers understand the purpose and function of every product.
Can I use the full line of products while pregnant?
The only product in the bejbiskin line that is not recommended to use during pregnancy is Active Oil, since it contains retinol. The BHA and AHAs found in the two Liquid Exfoliant formulas are considered safe to use during pregnancy at their percentages. Regardless, we highly encourage consulting with your physician with all questions in regards to any skincare product use during pregnancy.
